Change the term at renewal

Would you like to continue your SiteDesigner or hosting for only one year instead of three years at the next renewal, for example? Let us know early by opening a ticket. We will check whether the term can still be adjusted for the upcoming renewal.

How to request the change

  1. Log in to the customer area.
  2. Open a support ticket: https://admin.firestorm.ch/index.php?m=Services&service=ticket
  3. State the product or domain concerned and the new term you would like, for example «change from 36 to 12 months at the next renewal».
  4. If an invoice has already been issued, add the invoice number and whether it has already been paid.

We will let you know whether the change is possible, from which renewal date it applies and which price applies to the new term.

Until when can the term be changed?

It is easiest as long as the renewal invoice has not yet been issued. It is usually issued 25 days before the «Next Due Date». Please contact us before then if possible. We check for your product whether the change can still be applied to the upcoming renewal. Our confirmation is binding.

The renewal invoice has already been issued, what now?

In this case, too, please open a ticket with the invoice number. We will check whether the renewal and the invoice can still be adjusted.

Your request alone does not change the existing invoice. Therefore, please do not pay a reduced amount on your own. If the payment deadline is approaching, please mention this in the ticket.

Where can I see the next renewal?

Under «Services» in the customer area you can see the «Next Due Date» for each product. If you use the consolidated invoice, you will also find under «Billing» in the item «Upcoming billing» which items will appear on your next consolidated invoice and when it will be issued.
