SOPHOS FIREWALL DOES NOT START
SOPHOS FIREWALL DOES NOT START
Sometimes the Sophos Firewall does not start. The display remains dark or displays the Sophos logo, but the firewall does not boot. The BIOS is not shown on the screen.
1. Open the Sophos and remove the CR2032 battery.
2. Start the Sophos (a green control LED should light up on the motherboard).
3. If the firewall still does not boot, turn off the Sophos again.
4. Restart the Sophos once more. Now, the BIOS should start. Keep the battery removed.
