How can I change the owner of a product?
To deliver a product, please proceed as follows:
- Navigate to ‘Account’ > ‘Change owner’.
- You have the choice whether you want to hand over the products to an existing FireStorm customer or a new customer. Select the appropriate checkbox and fill in all fields.
- Below the customer selection you will find a list of all products and domains in your possession. Select the products you would like to assign to someone else.
- Once you’ve completed everything, click “Next” at the bottom of the page.
- Subsequently, an e-mail is sent to the selected customer which contains a confirmation link. If this link is opened within 24 hours, the products will be transferred to the new customer.
