Problem: When you open your website or a subfolder, files are listed in the browser instead of the home page.

Solution: Create a start page with the name ‘index.html’. Then upload the file via FTP to the appropriate folder such as ‘htmldocs’.

Solution 2: Disable directory listing in the hosting settings and display an error message if no home page is found.
