What can I do if I’m on a blacklist?
FireStorm continuously checks and monitors the servers. So it rarely happens that a FireStorm hosting server is in the blacklist. If you do, please contact our support.
If the sender cannot reach you and receives a message that the sender’s provider is listed in a blacklist, the sender can do the following:
- The provider of the sender must configure his email server so that 3. persons cannot send SPAM mails via the servers and must ensure that the mail server has a good reputation
