Setting up your email signature in webmail

Log in to webmail and navigate to Settings.

In the tab on the left, navigate to Email, then IMAP Accounts and click on the pencil icon to the right of the email address whose signature you want to change in order to edit it.

A dialogue box for the selected email address will open. Go to Identity and open the menu with the down arrow to the right of the email address. At the bottom of the opened window, there is a box where you can edit the signature for this email address.

Finally, click on OK at the bottom right and your settings will be applied.
