Withdraw a cancellation

You have cancelled a domain or package and would like to keep it after all? As long as the cancellation has not taken effect, you can withdraw it yourself in the customer area in just a few clicks. No ticket is needed.

Domain: withdraw the cancellation

• Log in to the customer area
• Open the cancelled domain under «Domain»
• Click the «Withdraw cancellation» tile

You can also find the option in the domain list: click the tool icon on the right, the entry appears for every cancelled domain.

Package: withdraw the cancellation

• Open the cancelled package under «Services»
• In the red notice «The product will be deactivated at the end of the term», click «Withdraw cancellation»

In the package list, the entry is also in the menu behind the tool icon, in place of «Cancel».

Confirm

The next page shows which product is affected. Click «Withdraw cancellation» to confirm. You will then receive a confirmation by email.

What happens next

• The product continues unchanged and will be renewed and invoiced as usual on the next due date.
• For domains, we cancel the deletion at the registry.
• For security reasons, we invalidate any auth code you received with the cancellation confirmation. If you need one later, a new cancellation will give you a new code.

When it is no longer possible

• The domain has already been transferred to another provider.
• The domain has expired or has already been deleted at the registry.
• The package has already ended because the cancellation date has been reached.
• The package was cancelled together with another package. In that case, withdraw the cancellation on the main package and the other package continues automatically.
