Transfer Exchange Account
Set up your new account additionally in Outlook.
- Mark all old e-mails (with CTRL + A) in the old account (e.g. Exchange Online) and press and drag them into the new account (e.g. Microsoft 365 Business Basic)
- Now switch to calendar. Now change the view to ‘List’. Select all entries (CTRL + A) and press and drag all calendar entries into the new account.
The process is finished, the old account can be deleted.
