Log and notifications for your server

Your rootserver client panel now has a new “Log” tile. It shows the actions you triggered yourself via the panel: Start, Stop, Reboot, Shutdown, Factory reset, as well as manually started backups and restores, each with time and result.

You’ll also receive a short e-mail confirmation automatically after a Reboot or Shutdown. If the command was not successful, the e-mail shows the reason directly. The most common reason: the QEMU Guest Agent is not installed on your server, for which both the e-mail and the log include a link to the installation guide.

This way you can always check for yourself what happened to your server, without having to contact support.
