Move hosting package

To move your existing website from your previous host to our web hosting package, proceed as follows:

1. Order a web hosting package and a domain name on our website (https://www.firestorm.ch/en/webhosting/).
2. Log in to the web administration at https://admin.firestorm.ch.
3. Open the hosting management
4. If you have an existing website, start importing the web files as described here: https://www.firestorm.ch/en/kb/transfer-website/
5. If you have an existing email address, start importing your emails as described here: https://www.firestorm.ch/en/kb/transfer-email/
6. If needed, you can also install a new WordPress, Joomla or Typo3 application and many other programs via the hosting management.
7. To transfer your domain to us, send us the transfer code (EPP code / auth code) of your domain.
8. Don’t forget to cancel your products with your previous provider in time, once everything has been transferred to us!

If you want to add another domain, proceed as follows:

1. Order your desired domain on our website (https://www.firestorm.ch/domain)
2. During the ordering process you can select your existing web space and link the domain to it.
3. Enter the transfer code (EPP code / auth code) from your previous provider in the order form.
4. The domain is now transferred and connected to your hosting package
