Customize e-mail addresses in the Microsoft Portal

To change the e-mail address in the Microsoft portal, log in at https://login.microsoftonline.com with your admin data.

Then click on Users (1) on the left, then on Active Users (2) and select the desired user (3). After that a window opens on the right side, where you can change the email address under Manage Users (4).
