What is the SMS Gateway CreditWarner?

With the SMS CreditWarner you can be notified automatically by email as soon as your SMS credit falls below a threshold value defined by you.

This function is particularly helpful for buying new credits in good time and avoiding interruptions when sending SMS messages.

Here you will learn how to enable the CreditWarner and set the threshold value.

1. Log in at admin.firestorm.ch
2. Go to “Services” and select your SMS gateway
3. Scroll down, there you will find the CREDITWARNER section
4. Enable the CreditWarner and enter the desired threshold value for your credit
5. Click on SAVE

As soon as your credit falls below the specified value, you will receive a daily reminder email at the email address we have on file for you.
