Demands

In order for us to issue a certificate, your order must be made using the form below:

    1. The desired product type and runtime
    2. The certification request (CSR file, to be created with your server software) and the site to be encrypted (full domain name including any subdomains (FQDN) or IP address, to verify the correct specification of your common name in the CSR)
    3. The complete address with contact person, telephone and fax number
    4. Name and version of the (web) server software used to create the CSR
    5. One of the following documents to verify legal identity by scan or fax
      1. For companies registered in the Commercial Register, a copy of the certificate holder’s extract from the Commercial Register
      2. And for companies not registered in the commercial register, a copy of the certificate holder’s trade licence
      3. A copy of the identity card (front and back) or passport of the certificate holder for private individuals
      4. And government organizations, public or non-profit organizations a copy of the official letterhead of the certificate holder
      5. a copy of the entry in the register of associations for registered associations
      6. As with all other types of organisations, please contact us for appropriate proof of identity, in addition to the above optimum proofs, a copy of the allocation of the tax number, VAT identification number or social security number, a copy of the driving licence, a blacked copy of a bank statement or an invoice from electricity, gas or water utilities may also be useful, provided that they can prove the information provided correctly, in case of doubt two of the above documents are also required
      7. If you are acting on behalf of a customer, we also require proof of the identity of the invoice recipient for delivery on account

 

Please make sure that the WHOIS data of the domain to be certified matches the transmitted data.

 

For the Lite certificate, a working e-mail address must also be visible in the WHOIS and named by you, alternatively name us an e-mail address within the domain to be certified from the following list: admin@, administrator@, hostmaster@, postmaster@, root@ or webmaster@.

In the case of bronze certificates, a working e-mail address must also be visible in the WHOIS and named by you. Alternatively, name us an e-mail address of the domain to be certified (directly, without any subdomains) from the following list: admin@, administrator@, hostmaster@, postmaster@, root@ or webmaster@.

In addition, for Limitbreaker certificates, a working e-mail address must be visible in the WHOIS and named by you. Alternatively, name us an e-mail address of the domain to be certified (directly, without any subdomains) from the following list: admin@, administrator@, hostmaster@, postmaster@, root@ or webmaster@.

 

Finally you will receive an invoice by e-mail.
