To transfer the website from another provider to us, proceed as follows:
Applications like Wordpress, Joomla, Drupal, PrestaShop, Magento are recognized automatically. Please make sure that the databases are publicly accessible via port 3306.
- Log in to the web administration at https://admin.firestorm.ch
- Log in to Plesk
- Select the ‘Website Import’ tile.
- Now fill out the form by entering the FTP access data and the domain name or FTP server of the desired website.
- Then click OK and the system will transfer all data.
