I have an overdue invoice and have already received the 2nd reminder. My service or domain has been blocked – what can I do?

1.Pay the invoice:
As soon as we have received the outstanding amount and you have received confirmation of payment, your service or domain will be automatically reactivated.
If you pay the invoice directly via the administration interface using a credit card, TWINT or PayPal, activation will take place immediately and without any waiting time.

2.Express activation with surcharge:
If you do not want to wait for the regular processing time, you can have your service or domain activated immediately by FireStorm for an express surcharge of CHF 50 per domain or service.
The prerequisite for this is that we have a valid confirmation of payment. Express activation is not possible without proof of payment.
