Answer: Hosting and domain names registered with us are optimally configured by us so that the services can function as quickly and smoothly as possible. In addition, the customer benefits from having just one point of contact for hosting and domain names.

For domain names that are not registered with us, FireStorm cannot guarantee smooth operation. If accessibility & support services are important to you, we recommend transferring the domain name to FireStorm.

* Support is free of charge for the first 10 minutes, during office hours (8:00 am to 12:00 pm and 1:00 pm to 5:00 pm). From the 10th minute onwards, CHF 45.00 is charged per started 1/4 hour. Normally, the vast majority of requests are answered within 10 minutes. Outside business hours, additional separate rates apply according to the emergency service.
