Activate Microsoft 365 for Outlook and older

Step 1: Go to https://portal.azure.com/#home and log in.

Step 2: Then under “Properties” (1), click on “Manage security standards” (2) and deactivate the security standards (3).

Step 3: Log in to Microsoft Office 365 at https://portal.microsoftonline.com. Click on the menu and open Admin on the left side (1).

Step 4: Click on the search box at the top, search and open “Organisation settings” (1). Then scroll down on the left side and open “Modern authentication” (2). On the right-hand side, deactivate Modern authentication for Outlook 2013 and higher (3).

Step 5: Now you should wait one hour before logging on to the Exchange Server with Outlook 2013.
