eBill

What is eBill?

With eBill, you receive your FireStorm invoices directly in your e-banking. You check the invoice there and approve it for payment with a single click. Amount, account and reference are already filled in, so there is nothing to type or scan. eBill is free of charge for you and is offered by practically all Swiss banks.

How to sign up

1. Log in to your e-banking or banking app and open the eBill section.
2. Search the list of billers for FireStorm ISP GmbH and choose Sign up.
3. Enter your customer number. You will find it at the top right of every invoice from us, for example Customer number: # 12345678. The number alone is enough.
4. Confirm your registration.

Some banks also offer the registration directly when you pay a QR-bill from us. This works as well.

Your registration reaches us within one business day. From then on, you will receive every new invoice as an eBill as well.

Good to know

• Pay only once: You will still receive the usual invoice email. Pay the invoice either via eBill or via the QR code, not both.
• Booked automatically: As soon as your payment reaches us, the invoice is automatically marked as paid.
• New invoices: Invoices created before your registration will not be sent as an eBill afterwards. Please pay them as usual.
• Automatic payment: If you have activated automatic card payment, you do not need eBill, because your invoices are paid automatically anyway.
• Invoice rejected? If you reject an eBill in your e-banking, the invoice remains open. Please pay it another way, see Payment methods.
• Unsubscribe: You can cancel eBill at any time in your e-banking under eBill.
