Disputing an invoice

You have received an invoice you do not agree with, for example because you no longer need a domain or a hosting package? This article explains how billing works at FireStorm and who to contact.

Cancelled in time means no invoice

Domains, hosting packages and other services renew automatically. We create the renewal invoice about 25 days before the current term ends. If you cancelled within the notice period before that, you will not receive a renewal invoice at all. How to cancel is described in the article Cancel a contract.

No cancellation of invoices and no credit notes

An invoice created after the notice period has expired is valid. We therefore do not cancel such invoices and do not issue credit notes. During the 30-day notice period, cancellation is no longer possible, not even online. Only after this period has ended can you cancel the product again, effective at the end of the new term.

You do not agree with an invoice?

Please contact our sales team via ticket: https://www.firestorm.ch/en/support. To help us review your request quickly, please include:

  • the invoice number
  • the domain or product concerned
  • the reason why you think the invoice is not correct

Please do not write to other addresses and do not reply to the invoice email. Only requests sent through the ticket system reliably reach the right team.
