Storage Overview in the Reseller Panel

As a reseller, you can view directly in your Plesk panel how much storage you have allocated to your customers and how much of your quota is still available.

How to find the storage overview:

Step 1: Log in to your Plesk reseller panel.

Step 2: On the home page, find the section “Custom Buttons”. Click on “Speicherübersicht”.

Step 3: The overview shows you:

• Allocated storage: How much storage you have allocated to your customers in total, relative to your quota.
• Subscription table: All subscriptions with their assigned limit, actual usage, and utilisation as a progress bar.
• Breakdown: For each subscription, you can see how storage is distributed across web, databases, and email.

What does “Quota exceeded” mean?

If you have assigned unlimited storage to one or more subscriptions while your reseller quota is limited, a warning will appear. In this case, no new subscriptions can be created.

Solution: Set a specific limit for subscriptions with unlimited storage. This ensures your quota is not exceeded and you can continue creating new subscriptions.

The table columns can be sorted by clicking on the column header. This allows you to quickly find the biggest consumers or subscriptions with the most allocated storage.
