Spamfilter Plesk

In your hosting administration (Plesk) there are spam filter settings that you can manage yourself.

1. First log in to the hosting administration and navigate to your email accounts.
   
2. Here you can see all your email addresses and make various global settings. If you now click on one of the email addresses, you will find settings that only affect this individual address.
   
3. After you have clicked on the desired email address, navigate to the spam filter in the menu above.
   
4. Now you can make some spam settings.
   – You can decide what should happen to spam mails.
   – You can set the sensitivity of the spam filter.
   – You can add and remove email addresses to the whitelist or blacklist.
5. To save your settings, select the Apply button at the bottom.
