Webmail Login does not work

Logging in to webmail is not possible

You cannot log in to the webmail and get an error message:
“Login failed”.

Please follow the instructions “Change password” to set a new password.

Since September 2026 the webmail is called OfficeMail and replaces Roundcube and Horde. You can reach it at https://webmail.musterdomain.ch (replace musterdomain.ch with your own domain). Always log in with your full email address and your email password. More information can be found in the article “Using OfficeMail“.

If you can no longer reach the webmail at all from your internet connection, an automatic security block of your IP address may be the reason, for example after several failed logins. See the article “IP address blocked“.
