Open the SiteDesigner

You always open your SiteDesigner from your customer centre. There is no separate login page with its own password.

How to open the SiteDesigner

1. Log in to the customer centre at admin.firestorm.ch.
2. Click «My services» and open your SiteDesigner package.
3. Click the «Site Designer» tile. The SiteDesigner opens in a new tab, and you are logged in automatically.

Have you bookmarked a SiteDesigner login page where logging in does not work? That is normal. The credentials are assigned in the background and cannot be entered there. Delete the bookmark and always go via the customer centre.

Frequently asked questions after publishing

Messages from the contact form do not arrive.
Check in the form settings whether the e-mail address to which enquiries are sent has been entered. The article 1.22 Setting up a user-defined contact form explains how.

The browser shows a certificate warning shortly after publishing.
The SSL certificate is created automatically. This can take a few hours. Check again later. If the warning is still there the next day, open a ticket.

The website is published but does not appear under my domain.
Then the domain is not yet linked to your SiteDesigner package. The article Enable domain forwarding explains in the section «Linking a domain to a package» how to check and change this.
