Enable renewal notifications

What this is about

By default, FireStorm does not send reminder e-mails about the upcoming renewal of domains and services such as hosting, servers or SSL certificates. Your subscriptions still renew automatically and you receive your invoice as usual. If you would like to be informed by e-mail before an upcoming renewal, you can enable these notifications in your customer account, separately for domains and services.

How to enable the notifications

1. Log in to your customer account at admin.firestorm.ch
2. Open the Account menu on the right and click Client profile
3. Tick Enable renewal notifications for domains and/or Enable renewal notifications for services
4. Click Save

Note: the screenshots show the German interface. The settings are in the same places in every language.


 

Good to know

• You will continue to receive invoices and payment reminders regardless of this setting
• The domain notification informs you before your domain names are renewed, the service notification before subscriptions such as hosting, servers or SSL certificates are renewed
• You can untick the boxes at any time, after which you will no longer receive renewal notifications
