Set Up Partner Access

You can give a partner full access to your account. Log in to the web administration at Now click on Account and then on Partner Management. Now enter the customer number of your partner in the field Request partner (1). Once your affiliate has accepted the connection, they can access your account.





Access customer account

When your customer has added you as a partner, you can access your customer’s account. In the web administration click on Account => Partner administration. Now click next to the customer on Login (2). You are now logged in as an end customer and can access all data.


Remove Partner Access

You can remove the full access to your partner again. Click on Account => Partner administration in the web administration. Now click on Deactivate for the partner you want to remove. Your partner will then no longer have access to your account.
