New in OfficeMail: replies and conversation
When did this email arrive, have I already replied, and what was written before? In OfficeMail you now see it at a glance. Right below the subject of every open email you find the time it was received and the time of your reply, and one tap expands the whole conversation. We have also tidied up writing on the phone and added a second, easy to find place for all email settings.
How it looks
Open an email you have replied to. Below the subject you see the lines Received, Replied and Conversation. The blue date next to Replied takes you straight to your reply, Conversation lists the whole exchange with date and sender. In the email list, replied emails also have a small arrow in front of the subject, even if you replied with Outlook or on your phone.

Writing on the phone
The reply window on the phone is now clearer. Sender, recipients and subject are at the top, followed by a bar with formatting, attachment and Send. The quoted text sits in a grey box and you write your reply above it. A small note below the text shows whether the draft has been saved.
The tidied up reply window on the phone
A step by step guide is available in the KB article Replies, conversation and settings in OfficeMail.
