Chi aveva ricaricato il credito per uno scopo preciso, per esempio i domini, doveva tenere d&#8217;occhio le altre fatture. Impostazione predefinita: tutto attivo.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<h2 style=\"margin-top: 1.4em;\">Come funziona<\/h2>\n<p><strong>1. Aprire la pagina del credito.<\/strong> Accedi al <a href=\"https:\/\/admin.firestorm.ch\/clientarea.php?action=addfunds\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">portale clienti<\/a> e apri <strong>Amministrazione &gt; Aggiungi credito<\/strong>. Scegliere le categorie.<\/strong> Togli il segno di spunta a ogni categoria per la quale il credito non deve essere usato e clicca su Salva. Fatto.<\/strong> La regola vale da subito per tutte le nuove fatture e per l&#8217;applicazione automatica poco prima della scadenza. In una fattura con posizioni di pi\u00f9 categorie viene coperta con il credito solo la parte attivata, il resto rimane aperto e lo paghi come di consueto.<\/p>\n<h2 style=\"margin-top: 1.4em;\">Buono a sapersi<\/h2>\n<p>Per impostazione predefinita tutte le categorie sono attive, quindi non cambia nulla finch\u00e9 non modifichi qualcosa. Il credito gi\u00e0 applicato non viene toccato.
