Finora serviva passare dall&#8217;assistenza. Da ora reimposti il tuo server root direttamente nell&#8217;area clienti.<\/p>\n<h2>Che cosa fa la reimpostazione<\/h2>\n<p>Il tuo server viene riportato esattamente allo stato in cui ti \u00e8 stato consegnato al momento dell&#8217;ordine con la stessa immagine del sistema operativo che avevi scelto allora. Tutto ci\u00f2 che \u00e8 stato aggiunto da allora viene eliminato.<\/p>\n<p>I tuoi indirizzi IPv4 e IPv6, i record PTR, il nome host e le credenziali dell&#8217;area clienti restano invariati. Non devi quindi toccare n\u00e9 il DNS n\u00e9 il monitoraggio: dopo pochi minuti il server \u00e8 di nuovo raggiungibile allo stesso indirizzo.<\/p>\n<p><!-- TODO prima della pubblicazione: inserire uno screenshot della barra delle azioni con la nuova icona --><\/p>\n<h2>Fatto in due clic<\/h2>\n<p>Accedi all&#8217;area clienti e apri il tuo server root sotto <strong>Servizi<\/strong>. Nella barra delle azioni, accanto ad Avvia, Riavvia e Console, trovi la nuova icona <strong>Reimposta server<\/strong>. Segue una richiesta di conferma, che confermi digitando la parola <strong>WIPE<\/strong>, da l\u00ec in poi tutto avviene automaticamente. L&#8217;avanzamento \u00e8 visibile direttamente sulla pagina e di norma il server torna disponibile dopo 5\u201315 minuti.<\/p>\n<h2>Salva prima i dati<\/h2>\n<p>La reimpostazione elimina tutti i dati in modo irreversibile, snapshot compresi. Non \u00e8 previsto alcun ripristino.
