    As a merchant you will write letters, minutes and contracts in your native language German and in foreign languages. You will create reports and advise customers. But that’s not all. Planning and organizing meetings is also one of your tasks. Of course you will also do the bookkeeping, compile statistics, etc. For most work you use the computer.<\/p>\n

    We offer you a varied and exciting apprenticeship in the IT \/ service industry.       As a computer scientist (m\/f) you will put new devices into operation, check incoming software versions and introduce them into operation. You will monitor servers and processes, provide customer and user support and operational security. To do this, you have to get to the bottom of problems with particular sensitivity and solve them.<\/p>\n

      The training objectives are divided into six areas of action competence:<\/p>\n

      2. Commissioning of server services and networks<\/li>\n
      3. Ensuring ICT operations<\/li>\n
      4. Supporting users<\/li>\n
